Median Ages of HPV-related Head and Neck Cancers Diagnosed Each Year for Women and Men

HPV can cause certain head and neck cancers

For most people, HPV clears on its own. For those who don’t clear the virus, diagnoses of certain types of HPV-related head and neck cancers can occur at any age between ~20 and ~80 years. The median age of diagnoses is 64 among women and 63 among men.
